The Customer Success Manager acts as a liaison between the business and our clients.

Your dedication to the needs of our clients will encourage client loyalty and enhance our organization’s growth through positive client-to-business engagement.

This role is not standard 9-5 hours. It’s morning hours, taking a break, afternoon hours, another break and then several evening hours, so being flexible with your time and being able to answer clients when they need help is crucial.

Job Details

  • Maintaining current clients and growing their account.
  • Keeping accurate correspondence records.
  • Meeting weekly with each client.

  • Presenting our open rates, reply rates and conversion rates per subject line.
  • Strategizing with clients to improve the results, in both quantity and quality of calls scheduled.

Email Deliverability Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a full time role for an Assistant to our Technical Director.

Email deliverability is essential for maintaining our email sender reputation and the reliability of our email campaigns.

As an Email Deliverability Specialist, you will provide consultative services to our internal team on attaining and retaining consistent email deliverability, you will also contribute to knowledge creation and provide thought leadership on current and emerging industry best practices.

Required Experience

  • Extensive experience in Cold Email Marketing
  • At least a year’s experience in Email Marketing and Lead Generation
  • Deep understanding of email deliverability and the factors influencing it
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel/Google Sheets
  • General business knowledge
  • LinkedIn Outreach Experience would be a plus

Job Details

  • Helping with DNS setup: Being familiar with DNS setup is a must
  • Managing multiple domains on a variety of registrars: Renewals and making any other changes as required
  • Managing domain health of multiple domains for all our clients
  • Setting up new email campaigns/cadences for our clients on different cold email marketing platforms and making changes to them from time to time as requested by the client
  • Suggesting optimizations for improving the results of existing campaigns

About the Role

Email Responders are responsible to act as a liaison between our clients and potential prospects through email

They are responsible for booking calls with potential client prospects and obliged to maintain our client’s reputation by serving as one of the frontlines of customer experience with excellent communication skills and providing satisfactory responses to a diverse range of queries.

  • Prompt chat and email response to customers
  • Each incoming e-mail needs to be read, understood and then sent the appropriate response – Meeting invites need to be sent based on the recipient and our clients time zones
  • Each client has their own set of rules including prospect verification and hours they are available to take calls
  • Respond to client emails
  • Respond to general enquiries with the relevant template
  • Share product related information with customers on request with the relevant template
  • Draft email-response templates and sometimes send it on the company’s behalf
  • Clean up and sort the inbox by applying filters and organising it
  • Nurture an email lead through the process
  • Book verified and qualified calls
  • Daily calendar management and reminders
  • Call rescheduling
  • Updating the central client repository with new information

Job Details
