Client Success Manager

The Client Success Manager acts as a liaison between the business and our clients.

Your dedication to the needs of our clients will encourage client loyalty and enhance our organization’s growth through positive client-to-business engagement.

This role is not standard 9-5 hours. It’s morning hours, taking a break, afternoon hours, another break, and then several evening hours, so being flexible with your time and being able to answer clients when they need help is crucial.

Experience working for a B2B Lead Generation company with cold email marketing, sales prospecting, and lead generation – non-negotiable

  • Maintaining current clients and growing their accounts.

Email Deliverability Specialist

We are looking for a full time role for an Assistant to our Technical Director.

Email deliverability is essential for maintaining our email sender reputation and the reliability of our email campaigns.

As an Email Deliverability Specialist, you will provide consultative services to our internal team on attaining and retaining consistent email deliverability, you will also contribute to knowledge creation and provide thought leadership on current and emerging industry best practices.

  • Extensive experience in Cold Email Marketing
  • At least a year’s experience in Email Marketing and Lead Generation

Content Writer

We are looking for a Content Writer to join our team and enrich marketing, social media, and email sequence content for both SSC and our clients.

Ultimately, we want someone that can deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our and our client’s audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.

If you have solid experience with producing online content and have an eye for detail, we’d like to meet you.

This is a remote position, based from home. This is a contract position, for contractors and freelancers, however, it is a full-time, long-term role!

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of proven work experience as a Content Writer for digital media
  • Portfolio of published articles
